i too was getting the 3g speed on my 2g plan.
what u have to do is, just put your cell phone on dual network selection mode. or hsdpa.
i was able to get the 3g speed up till 3rd of may 2011 but dun knw what happend after that,
i am getting normal as usual speed ok 12kbps...
