Bro's aircel 3g trick backagain,......wrkng 100% in south states..try in ur state n reply... 
Open any handler application and in front query write (0.facebook.com.php.flyproxy.com/ nph-proxy.pl/010110A/http/ all other fields leave blank...... 

note:- 
1st)cnct only with pocket internet settings... 
2nd)ur balance must be 0 or 10paise... 
3rd)u can download only below 25mb file...it is operator problem....
